Rhiannon Niedergerke

Hi Beautiful! Welcome to my salon! I am Rhiannon Niedergerke, born and raised in Fulton and proudly serving my community.

I have been a stylist for almost 20 years. I specialize in color. Whether it be chocolate brown, fiery reds or all levels of blonde, I love it all. I will also forever be a student. I love taking hair and business classes. I average about 30 different classes a year, so I consider myself very knowledgeable about hair and hair products. So if you are experiencing any hair problems, I got your back!!

When I am not in the salon, I am hanging out with my hard working husband and our 3 girls, grandbaby, son in law and another grandbaby on the way. When I have had enough of them(not the baby), I head out to look at my chickens! They are my therapy and I could sit out with them for eternity. I also love coffee and having a big garden.

As a mom of 3 girls, I know how important it is to feel special, pampered and beautiful in a relaxing atmosphere. I have designed my salon experience in a way that will leave you feeling uplifted, relaxed and more beautiful and confident than you have ever felt.

Doing hair and making friends in the process is what I love the most! I am committed to making sure every client walks out of my salon feeling more beautiful than when they walked in!

Hello! My name is Kaylee Findley. I am an esthetician from Fulton Missouri, and proud owner of NovaEsthetics! I was born and raised in Fulton and am so excited to serve and give back to my community!
​I have been an esthetician since December of 2022. I attended Paul Mitchell in Columbia Missouri and got accepted in to their "phase two" program, which is an honors program that only 6 people in the entire school gets accepted into.
​I have always been passionate about skin care! I have struggled with my skin my whole life, from cystic acne, to extremely sensitive skin, to obsessive oily-ness, so I know how emotionally draining it is to have problems with your skin. That is why I LOVE helping people with their skin! My goal for each client is to make them feel better than when they came in. Whether it is with facials, waxing, a relaxing massage, or just a simple spray tan, I want you to feel more confident and beautiful in your own skin!
